This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.
When you email us
We keep your name, email address, firm and what you tell us so we can reply and, if you go ahead, deliver the service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing the contract. We keep this correspondence for 2 years after our last contact, and invoices for 6 years because tax law requires it.
Documents you send for a bid
Your bid documents may contain personal data about your staff or referees, such as CVs. For that data you are the controller and we act on your instructions as your processor. We use it only to prepare your response, and we delete it 30 days after handover unless you ask us in writing to keep it.
Who else handles the data
We use an email provider, a file storage provider, and AI software providers to read and draft documents. We only use AI providers whose terms say your content is not used to train their models. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it, by emailing hello@flagshipbids.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office.
